This is a new 16" Cutter made by Paul Custom Saddlery in TX. Made with Hermann Oak chestnut leather, real woolskin lining and stainless steel hardware on a wood, rawhide covered tree. The seat has a buckskin colored leather piece on top of the hard seat and is not padded. It is there for looks. The tooling is simply a 1 1/2" basket stamp border. It comes with latigo tie straps and a matching flank cinch. This is a reall nice, classy looking saddle with a nice seat. This is a saddle we made to take with us to shows as vendors.
